Who processes your data

The data controller is Tomasz Ramus, running a sole proprietorship registered in the Polish business register (CEIDG) under the name “Tomasz Ramus”. Contact: kontakt@tomaszramus.com.

This site does not use cookies or any tools that track you across websites.

Visit statistics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It collects aggregated traffic data, such as page views, country, device type and the referring page. It does not use cookies and is not used to identify individual people. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting and security

The site runs on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure. On every visit Cloudflare processes technical data, including your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Email contact

When you write to kontakt@tomaszramus.com, I process your email address, signature and the content of your message to reply and, if relevant, to prepare a collaboration. Legal basis: steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or my legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Messages reach me through Cloudflare Email Routing and are stored in a Gmail (Google) mailbox. I keep correspondence for up to 2 years after the last message. If we sign a contract, I keep it for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Data may be shared with Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC as service providers. Both are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to kontakt@tomaszramus.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
